Littlejohn’s Review of Dismissing Jesus

Friend and associate Brad Littlejohn has begun a twelve part review of Douglas Jones’s Dismissing Jesus: How We Evade the Way of the Cross. In that book, Mr. Jones breaks with his early Reformed theology and argues for a radicalism more at home in monastic communities and certain forms of Anabaptism. As could be expected, this has stirred up some controversy. Mr. Littlejohn is himself supremely qualified to review Dismissing Jesus, as he was a student of Mr. Jones and has engaged with the very same questions and debates. We look forward to the subsequent installments in this review and the final evaluation.

Edit: Part 2 is now available as well.
