Welcome to the New TCI

We are happy to unveil our new website! The new format enables us to feature more posts and highlight older posts which we think are still relevant. We can also emphasize ongoing series, such as Dr. Hutchinson’s fantastic work on the corpus iuris civilis. The sidebar titled “Nota Bene” will be where we post short observations on current events and our thoughts regarding other current websites and journals. We will try to make these sorts of posts daily.

We have also moved our historical database to another location. It really deserved its own project, and we will announce it when it is ready. Our hope is to tie it into a much bigger project which can work alongside other independent scholars and Reformation historians.

There will no doubt be a few glitches and errors over the next few days. Please bear with us as we put all the finishing touches on this new site. Unfortunately, we did have to reset the email subscribers, and so we would ask that you please re-subscribe to this new site in the sidebar below. Our RSS feed is also being repaired, but it should be fixed shortly.

We would like to thank Rebecca Johnson of No Little Places for her many hours of research and labor. There’s also my lovely wife, Anna, to thank for the logo and most of our customized graphics and images. She always does such good work, and I’m reminded every day of what a treasure she is.

Look for more posts to come!
